Holiday Visa Blast!

Last year my girlfriend came to Australia with an Australian Holiday Visa, we went to the Sunshine Coast. We spent a great couple of weeks touring around. North of Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast is one of Australia’s most popular holiday spots. It is a place where Australian’s choose to get away from it all.

Arriving in Australia’s Sunshine Coast

Now with the new airport at Maroochydore, it was so easy to meet up with my girlfriend. She flew in from her home in Vietnam. It was great to see her again and spend some time in the world famous austraian holiday area that is the Sunshine coast.

Stuff to do when you have an Australian Holiday Visa

There are heaps of attractions on the coast or you can kick back at Noosa Heads, or enjoy the peace of the rainforest in the hinterland. The Sunshine Coast has some beautiful beaches to surf at or to just lie back and enjoy the Sunshine.

Where to go?

My girlfriend loves Koalas so we headed off to Australia Zoo and had a fantastic day, on the way back to our hotel we saw a massive Pineapple building. Crikey!

What to do with an Australian Holiday Visa

My girlfriend loves to shop, so I enjoyed the surf while she took in the sights of Hastings St, Noosa. Everyone is so friendly with tourists that she was fine to spend some time there and enjoy the fancy coffee shops. After Noosa, we drove up to the mountains and chacked out the craft breweries and cheese making. There was some great arts and crafts that she bought to take home with her. It was the perfect getaway for both of us and I recomend that if you want to have a truly Australian Holiday visa experience, you need to go to the Sunshine Coast of Queensland.
